As the Chairman of Rupa’s Culinary School, Engr. Md. Firoz Kabir brings over 20 years of leadership experience from Bangladesh’s top financial and telecommunication institutions. His strategic oversight ensures the school operates with excellence in training delivery, business development, and industry alignment.

A former Senior Vice President and Head of Agent Banking at Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC, and an accomplished leader at Dutch-Bangla Bank and GrameenPhone, Mr. Kabir has led national projects on digital banking, financial inclusion, and business transformation. His award-winning career is marked by innovation, outreach, and impact.
