Message from CEO

I am Khalada Yesmin, a Government-certified Trainer and Assessor under the National Skills Development Authority (NSDA). I am also the founder of Rupa’s Culinary School, a business dedicated to providing hands-on training in Food & Beverage Production and Pastry & Bakery Production.

My mission is to empower individuals—especially teenagers, housewives, and working women—by equipping them with practical culinary skills that promote self-reliance and employment. I am deeply passionate about inspiring teenagers to explore the culinary arts and helping housewives achieve financial independence through skill-based training.

Over the years, I have successfully conducted both online and offline skill development programs, empowering numerous individuals who are now self-employed and thriving in their culinary careers.

Our team operates with strong coordination and complementary expertise. My Co-Founder, a computer engineer, is responsible for all technology-related functions. His proficiency in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) ensures seamless digital operations and innovative tech solutions for our platform.
